I've been quite pleased with my TS1007, but it doesn't seem to be the one pictured. The one I received from Amazon is metal, not plastic, and has a cut out at the back for the riving knife assembly (not that this would be used while cutting dados). I'd love a zero clearance dado insert for each width cut I do, but until more robust blank inserts are available for the Bosch 4100 or I give up and make my own this one will do nicely. The Forrest dado set I recently acquired does a good job avoiding chip out even without the zero clearance.Get more detail about Bosch TS1007 Dado Insert.
